Celebrating the launch of her new space, long-time collaborator with Siete Leguas, Karen Huber hosted our sculptural piece designed for Tequila Siete Leguas.

An edible charro saddle, covered with fruit leather handwoven by myself and my team. The biomaterial flavored to taste like a margarita cocktail.

    EDIBLE ZEN GARDEN

    Step into an immersive sanctuary where art, gastronomy, and wellness intertwine.
    Inspired by the serenity of Japanese zen gardens, this ephemeral installation invites you to awaken all of your senses. 

    At its heart, a circular landscape of edible sand, moss, and stones—crafted by Refugio en Doming—blurs the line between nature and gastronomy. A soft amber light and bespoke fragrance by Lula Curioca envelops the space, creating an atmosphere of warmth and contemplation.

    Designed specifically for tonight’s event as a dialogue between cultures, the experience bridges Mexico and the world through collaboration. Barcelona-based designer Amber Zhang reimagines seating that embraces the landscape, while the garden’s elements celebrate craftsmanship and sensory exploration. More than an installation, this is a moment of pause—an invitation to touch, taste, and breathe in an ephemeral work of art.

    THE WEEKND MX TOUR

    Hospitality and catering service for The Weeknd and his international crew, traveling for the LATAM Tour through Mexico.

    Worked closely with Alosa Catering and OCESA to provide an inviting environment for 150 people. Elaborated more than 12 menus with around 20 options each, designed specifically for vegetarians, vegans, pescatarians, dairy free, gluten free and all crew members alike.

    Adapted and designed a fine-dining seating area in three different stadium/arenas, tablescaping a different design every lunch/dinner. Led a team of 12 cooks, foodstyling every single dish that left kitchen to dining room. 

    Assisted in dressing room hospitality requirements for the MX tour as well.

    03.  SI EL COLOR TUVIERA ALAS

    Refugio Domingo is a gastronomic and scenographic endeavor aiming to delve into themes encompassing art, the act of eating, sociology, architecture, culture, and the senses. Analyzing their often complex and intricate interactions, Refugio Domingo provides a sensory encounter for contemplation. 

    The proposal for "Si El Color Tuviera Alas" ("If Color Had Wings") seeks to create a dialogue between gastronomy and the artworks of mexican artist Paloma Alcazar, extracting geometry from the pieces and organic movements from brushstrokes, emphasizing the senses through gastronomy.

    The proposal suggests the table as a canvas and the ingredients as tools to create a work with diverse materiality, effectively translating Paloma's artwork senses into a tangible and flavorful language through the menu and drinks. It invites visitors to collectively take part in creating a piece on an unconventional canvas.

    SUOT STUDIO

    For the launch of SUOT Studio, an experimental spanish jewlery brand whos founder happens to be Martha Tous, we proposed something totally interactive and intuitive.

    All of the jewelry designs are modular, meaning you can choose different elements and stones and create your own pieces. I wanted to focus on that experiential asset and bring it as an edible to the Mexico City launch.

    Different colored, size,  and textured gummies. Vanilla soft serve with custom gem sprinkles.
